What we collect

We collect only what you enter into an enquiry form on this site: your name, email address, mobile number, your preferred contact day and time, the materials you have asked for (brochure, price list, appointment), and the unit types you are interested in. We do not ask for identification numbers, income documents or financial details through this website.

Why we collect it

• To send you the materials you requested for this development.
• To contact you about the official project name, site plan, floor plans, preview timing and price list when the developer releases them.
• To answer your questions and, if you ask, arrange a viewing once a sales gallery opens.

By submitting a form you consent to being contacted for these purposes by voice call, SMS, email or WhatsApp, regardless of your registration on the Do Not Call registry, as permitted under the PDPA for the enquiry you have made.

How it is stored and shared

Submissions are transmitted to a Google Sheet through a Google Apps Script endpoint and are accessible only to the parties responsible for responding to enquiries from this site. We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties except where necessary to respond to your enquiry, or where required by law.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of advertising and to understand which sections visitors engage with. The pixel may set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage advertising preferences directly with Meta. The site does not use cookies to identify you personally.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was given, or as required by law, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

You may ask, at any time, to see what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to withdraw your consent and have it removed. Send the request through the enquiry form on the home page and it will be actioned within a reasonable period. Withdrawing consent means we will stop contacting you about this development.

Accuracy of information on this site

The developer has not released an official project name, price list, site plan or floor plans for this development. Figures marked as estimates are analyst projections and not developer commitments. Images are artist's impressions and indicative visuals. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, representation, guarantee or financial advice.
